You are about to begin a program that is in its beta version of what we hope will become a foundational program on mindfulness for companies across the country.
The program has eight individual sessions, and one will be released each week, along with an evaluation. Each week at the bottom of the lesson you will see a link to a short set of evaluation questions; please spend just two to three minutes to provide us with candid, constructive feedback (seriously, we can take it). We will be making adjustments from week to week based on this feedback.
