![teacher testimonial -Dials 3 "I work with special ed students, [who] have a lot of test anxiety, classroom anxiety, and don't necessarily get a lot of help at home with their homework. Before we take our test, we'll have a mindful moment, do a breathing [exercise]. And I've seen that help. I've seen the anxiety level come down when they're testing and when they're doing their homework."- Michelle Dials](http://workshop.mindbodyalign.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/6.png)
![teacher testimonial - Hendrickson 1 "What I'm going to take out [of the workshop] is the word "react." Stop reacting and pause. And intentionally think what you're gonna respond to that behavior or that attitude or that remark." - Cecile Hendrickson](http://workshop.mindbodyalign.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/5.png)
