Six on-line lessons will support you in understanding and developing a personal mindfulness practice. You will explore what mindfulness is and the science behind the effectiveness of mindfulness. You will experience mindful practice through a series of videos, readings, reflections, and guided mindfulness practices.

Two optional virtual lessons via ZOOM will foster conversations around mindful teaching, sharing the practice of mindfulness with your students and fellow educators, and how the practice supports a healthy classroom and a healthy school.
