February 2024 Cohort – Intro to Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Living Mindfully for Educators
February 1 – 29 complete six online self-paced lessons which support you in understanding and developing a personal mindfulness practice. Explore what mindfulness is and the science behind the effectiveness of mindfulness. Experience mindful practice through a series of videos, readings, reflections, and guided mindfulness practices.
One required ZOOM session Wednesday, February 21, 2024 7 pm – 8 pm (alternate dates available upon request), will foster conversations around mindful teaching, sharing the practice of mindfulness with your students and fellow educators, and how the practice supports a healthy classroom and a healthy school.
CEU’s are available at the completion of the course and a live ZOOM.
