We all know people in our workplace who seem to have a lack of awareness of one or more of their five senses.
In Lesson 2, we link brain science to our five senses, which is how we grow in awareness. You might think this is intuitive, but it takes practice.
The video uses our sight and hearing senses. Let’s try using some other senses: run your hand through some cold water, and notice how it feels. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to your vegetable saute and see how it tastes.
Often, intentionally focusing on using our senses creates a sense of ease and calm.
