Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

If you have ever needed to put up a sign at work, or had some workplace behaviors grate on your nerves, you will understand the importance of setting agreements.

Complaints go away when agreements are set.

Setting agreements, because they are collaborative, are one way of de-stressing the workplace. People tend to support what they help create.

By the way, agreements also work at home, among families, and , well, everywhere.



Weekly Practice
