Welcome to a meditation practice for intention-setting.  This is a meditation of self-inquiry.  I will invite you to notice your true self and to listen deeply for what brings you happiness.  When you hear the questions, allow your thinking mind to answer, then listen more deeply and allow your heart to answer.
