Throughout this course, we will stop to take mindful breaks. These are designed to introduce you to the habit of mindfulness and teach you some different techniques.
Let’s begin with a short, guided technique called The Belly Breath.
By the time you finish this experience, you will know what mindfulness is and likely want to start your own practice. But more importantly, you will learn how and why mindfulness works in the brain and the benefits for you and for your students.
